Fever with slight cough and fatigue

Asked for Male, 66 Years

I had fever, cough and fatigue last week and had taken antibiotics. The course was completed 3 days back. But the symptoms have recurred yet again since yesterday. I had taken paracetamol at an interval of 6hours starting yesterday at 2pm until today morning 8am. Afterwards there was no fever and so didnt take it. But now fever has recurred. Help.

HELLO, YOU HAVE TO CONTINUE FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. TABLET PARACETAMOL 500 ONE TABLET THREE TIMES A DAY. TABLET ZIFI200 TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH N DINNER FOR FIVE DAYS (CEFEXIM). SYRUP AMBRODIL PLUS HALF TEASPOON FUL TWO TIMES N ONE TEASPOON FUL AT NIGHT. HOT SALINE GARGLE BEFORE MEALS THREE TIMES A DAY TILL COUGH PERSISTS. NO COLD TO BE TAKEN. AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE.. LIGHT DIET WITH LEAST OIL AND SPICES.. SIPS OF LUKE WARM WATER, TOMATO SOUP VEGETABLE SOUP GIVES YOU COMFORT IN THROAT. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS.
