Fever with out cold
Hello Doctor,
My daughter body temperature is 100 from yesterday night ...bit reduced in the morning but as of now it is 100 only.
Medication Dolo 120 mg 3.5 ml 4 times in span of 6 hrs
I breast feed and increased the fluid.
But also fever has not reduced.
Please advice

Need more details like age , body weight, urinary complaints, any rashes etc. Best wud be to take up a consultation.
Urine routine and cbc may be required if fevers persistent.
U can do repeated tepid sponging and paracetamol round the clock to keep the fever down but that's not complete treatment.
So take up a consult for further management.
