Fever with no other symptoms
My daughter has been having fever for last three days. Even after having calpol the temperature doesn't come to normal . The fever goes as high as 102.5. It takes atleast 1 hour to bring it down after taking medication. She doesn't have any other symptoms . Her ESR is 38, platelets 112000, lymphocytes 13.8 % , TLC: 7.01. Apart from this other test reports are normal . please advise.

For a fever lasting for more than 3 days, the cause has to be found by doing more investigations. You need to visit a pediatrician and get your child evaluated as the platelet count is also low.

Her platelets are low. It can be viral fever. Need further evaluation. Meet near by pediatrician directly asap
