I have fever with mild headache from today afternoon... What are the differential diagnosis for fever with head ache???

Hello, differential diagnosis will vary (the range may be from simple exertion/ viral to manningitis-which require ICU care) with intensity of fever, intensity of hdk, onset, duration and other associated complaints along with past history. Physical examination and laboratory findings will confirm the diagnosis. So better to consult with a physician.
