Fever with headache ulcer
Suffering from fever at night time 101 .C for last three days..pain in head and ulcer in mouth.

This looks like a case of viral fever. Start over the counter drugs like Tab Paracetamol 500 mg thrice daily for 3 days. Rest. Cap Becosule one daily after meals. Zytee gel thrice daily for 3 days.
Plenty of soups and other liquids.
Also avoid outside ,oily , spicy food.
If the fever still doesn't subside contact your Physician.

Hi, consult physician first , it could be viral fever, apply dentogel to ulcer ,itll relieve pain , take b complex tablets or syp . avoid spicy , oily ,food items.
