Fever with headache since last four days
I am 14 years of age, having fever since four days, and as per my Blood test report, HB 14.5, RBC 4.97, wbc 3300, platelets 1,50,000, polymorphs 75%, lymphocytes 20% Eosinophils 1%, SGPT is 58 U/L consulted my Doctor, but I am not clear, what exactly wrong with me, PL guide ASAP

Hi,
You have got fever with headache. Your blood reports are fine except for low leukocyte count which may be seen in viral fever.
General advice would be to take plenty of oral fluids, Tab Paracetamol 500mg thrice daily.
In viral illness, fever may persist for 3-5 days.
But Its also necessary to rule out dengue malaria and enteric fever. A detailed history may help in guiding you better.
