If documented fever for 4 days, get investigated your child. Like RTPCR, cbc, CRP, sgot, sgpt, urinalysis. Meanwhile continue paracetamol every 4 hourly if temperature is more than 100. Avoid taking oral temperature, always take temperature in armpit.
