Fever with dry cough
My son has been suffering from fever upto 102.6 since morning. He is 12yrs old with a weight of around 55Kg.
With fever he is having body pain and red eyes.
Kindly suggest if he can take 500mg paracetamol and is Asthakind -LS good for dry cough.
