Fever with dehydration

Hello this is Mrs.Chowdhury.my sister has high fever with dehydration I told u.u told me to do cbc test.report is that her heamoglobin is 6.7.malaria and dengue report is ok. So what is the solution now?what can we do now?I give her paracetamol every 8 hourly but position is same

Hello, She have sever anemia. Best solution is to HOSPITALIZED her as dehydration is also there. This is summer so no risk can be taken. She needs blood transfusion alsoas well as I've fluid. Ok
