  4. Fever weakness. It gets bigger and hard.

Fever weakness
Having fever also feeling cold with it. The fever peaks and then temperature gets down, and then again slowly temperature rises. Feeling very weak and not even feeling energetic enough to stand. In right side of neck feeling like mums as it gets bigger and hard.
