He is suffering from fever from yesterday, he does one greenish wamtings today. Please do the needfull.

1.Tab Pan 40 mg twice daily before meals. 2.Tab Augmentin 625 mg thrice daily after meals. 3.Tab Allegra M once at night after meals. 4.Syrup Ascoril LS 10 ml thrice daily. 5.Tab Dolo 650 mg as needed for fever and pain after meals. 6.Rest. Plenty of Soups. Warm water . 7. Warm saline Gargles thrice daily. 8. Steam inhalation thrice daily. 9. Cap vizylac twice daily after meals ( in case of loose stools). 10. Follow for 5 days and than re consult if necessary.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  With just this much history it is not possible to do the needful. For fever you can give him syrup. Paracetamol 250mg 5ml thrice a day after food. Syp. Domstal 5ml twice a day before food for controlling vomitings but its not enough. A exact cause needs to be found out and treated. This will just reduce the symptoms. Hello.... Greenish vomiting is the bile content, bile is green in color which is present in intestine.. Infection could be viral or bacterial ... He must be shown to doctor.. Your history is insufficient for diagnosis... Take him to pediatrician, Doctor will examine and order blood check up.
