My daughter 6years old, past 2weeks atleast twice in a week she is having fever and sore trought I had given paracetamol and cold syrup which is prescribed by doctor,why is happening like this

Since the baby is having fever she is having infection . So hv to start antibiotic for 5 days. And get investigated.
