HELLO, YES, BLOOD TEST IS NEEDED. BUT AT PRESENT YOU TAKE TABLET DOLO650 ONE TABLET TWO-TIME A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER.((PARACETAMOL 500). LIGHT DIET. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. HOT  TOMATO SOUP VEGETABLE SOUP GIVES YOU COMFORT. WITHOUT TEST UNABLE TO GIVE TREATMENT FOR MALARIA. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS. O.K BYE.
