Fever since last night
My son (7 month) has fever since last night ... last night temp was 99°F . Today morning temp was 100°F , I gave him paracetamol oral suction (125mg) 5ml in today morning then temp has been reduced to 98°F. Now (evening) temp again increased to 100°F. He is taking breast milk regularly and pass urine timely. Should I give paracetamol again or any other medicines . Please advice Thanking you
