Fever since 4 days
She has taken covishied vaccine one week back. Since Sunday she has developed mild fever ranging between 99 and 100. Initially there was body ache and weakness but now it's just weakness and fever as on 4th day. There are no other symptoms - cough, loss of smell etc. Can you help me with what could be a possible reason?

Most likely it is side effect of the vaccine. If fever worsens to more than 102 or lasts more than 10 days, and/or she has vomiting, dizziness, rash, would recommend consultation and also obtaining a COVID test.
Covid infection is possible ( there is very low chance) even after taking one dose of vaccine
