  4. Fever repeating after 6hours. Be taken?

Fever repeating after 6hours
My 3years10 months old has fever from last 3days and fever is repeating after 6 hour . Doctor has proscribed azil 250mg once and combiflam 5ml sos .can I use ibugesic plus in place of combiflam .what should be quantity of each dose and how many times in a day it can be taken ?
