Had high fever. But now fever is reduced. Only light sore throat and caugh is there. Do I still need to worry and test for covid .

Sore throat, nasal blockage, dry cough loss of smell ,taste, fever, headache breathlessness, vomiting, loose motions etc are symptoms.. it depends on person what symptoms they show.. So just monitor your symptoms..Drink plenty of fluids,steam inhalation, salt water gargling, avoid cold food and drinks, avoid stress and tensions,sleep minimum 8 hours at night, monitor temperature and oxygen levels 6th hourly once.. if any alarming symptoms inform the health authorities nearby. Get Rtpcr test done if required
