My wife is 25yr old, she has viral fever since last 4 days, and she take Dolo 650 medicine at 22:00pm, but at 1:00 am fever repeated, so what to do now?

What was the temperature at 1am ? Try tepid sponging. U ideally don’t repeat the dose till 6 hours
