Fever post vaccination

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Hello doc, my baby got 1.5 year vaccine yesterday and he developed fever after 6 HR I gave him t98 1,5 ml 6 hourly but still after 24 hr he has fever, please guide me what to do 🙏
