Fever past 3 days
Fever continue s for apst 3 days, minimal cold, no headache, no body ache.no other troubles.taking dolo 650 every 5 hour once. Fever not stopping. Bp and pulse normal. Spo2 level always 98&99, sometime come down to 95.we are not suspecting covid, it's like normal flu. He may need to have additional medicine ti recover.he is unable to walk due to old spinal injury and others suggested not to go to hospital due to covid condition. Can you suggest any antibiodic to stop fever? Any blood test required to check?

Get rtpcr done for covid 19. Don't assume it's not a case of covid. Always remember,any fever /cough/ sore throat /redness of eyes during such times can be covid. If rtpcr is negative get the entire fever profile done- malaria, dengue,Widal, urine re,me,cs and CBC Till then you can start augmentin 625 thrice daily for 7 days, tab dolo 650 sos, temperature monitoring, vitamins- zinc, vit c, vit d Hope this helps!
