Sir I am from Assam my 3.2 yrs old son is suffering from fever from.last night . I gave him Calpol 120 mg 5 ml last night around 2 am. Then today his body was warm in the noon after feeding some food I gave him another dose of 5 ml around 3 pm. Now he is crying his body is cool but only his head is warm. And he is not eating anything can I give another dose of Calpol. Please help me sir

I think you are giving inadequate dose according to weivht
If calculated for weight, appropriate dose can be given every 4 to 6 hours
