  4. Fever of 102. With iron and becosul.

Fever of 102
My son is 8 months old and he is having fever of 102 but his body is cold. He is sleeping very less and erratic since morning. He is not taking complementary food and is exclusively on breastfeed. I am giving him crocine and delcon drops along with iron and becosul.

Continue crocin syp for fever, you can give it every 6 hourly if fever recurs... Plenty of oral liquids and continue BF...

Stop iron for 7days Give pcm as per dose Sponge with water if fever persists despite pcm

Continue paracetamol. Stop Iron and Becosules for a week
