Fever not going

Asked for Male, 40 Years

I was diagnosed covid positive last Wednesday. I started taking medicines. No symptoms visible remained. Then since last 4 days I have fever. It goes upto 99.6f and with medicine it comes back to 98.3. I am taking DOLO 650, Montair FX, and cepodem xp. Please advise.
