Fever not going down after givinmedicine
My daughter is 23 months old. She is having fever of 102 . I gave her metal p 4 ml but her fever is still same. How much time do medicine take to react n fever goes down

Use meftal only if temperature is 103 or above.
Give syp combiflam 6 ml and repeat every 4 hours if required.
If accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap.
