Fever not coming down after corbovax

Asked for Male, 40 Years

Your Responses: my son is 14 year 7 month old .we have given. him corbovax vaccine on 29th april.from 30 April he is having fever 103 we have given him dolo 650 every 6 hours but fever is not coming down .it remain still 103.what to do now Please suggest I am very tensed we had given him First vaccine dose corvavax on 30th August 2022

fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you can continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamol and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic / meftal p. kindly do body sponge and give fluids at regular intervals and regular diet and meet the doctor immediately.
