1 year baby Fever with running nose 100 f. On sinarest 2.5 ml tds meftagesic 5 ml tds since 2 days . Now fever managed but no appetite.only breastfeeding..refusing to take semi solid food.
Stools passed. Irritable crying.....

Stop breastfeeding,give 2 milk feeds and 4 solid meals in a day.
Stop meftagesic,sinarest alone is sufficient.
Give steam inhalations.
