Fever, loose motion and vommit.

From yesterday night my son has fever,loose motion (1time only with semi solid state) and vommit.so I given paracetamol syrup and he slept. early morning 5am he had loose motion (semi solid) and fever, so I given paracetamol and metrogyl syrup(dr recommend for loose motion previous time). Again he slept. Then he wake up 7am with less fever and until now he had loose motion (3 times with semi solid and last time full liquid in dark brownish) and kept him slept. Now there is no pediatrician available.all are available evg near my area. Can anybody suggest any syrup to stop loose motion and he became very tired too for that any medication please suggest urgent.he was no active and full energy loss tired. Morning given idly he ate and came loose motion.not eating.. pls suggest any medicine
