Fever keeps coming back. Should go for?

Respected doctors, My fever keeps coming back. Its been months now. I am getting fever around 100 f in the afternoon everyday. One month back I was diagnosed with typhoid infection, part of that I took typhoid antibiotics also. I completed the course for 15 days. After that there is no typhoid test to ensure if its gone completely. Medical history: Earlier (in the same year) I took medicine for vaginal itchiness.(vaginal discharge white in color). That time also i was having the fever in the afternoon. After taking medicine for vaginal itchiness, I went for typhoid test and found positive for typhoid infection. At current I am still having mild fever everyday in the afternoon (100f sometimes 91.2) , could you pls suggest me the test I should go for?
