Fever isn't going after taking medicines

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have fever from two days after contacting doctor he prescribed me paracetamol 650,and monocef 200 but after eating medicines my temperature don't go down my body sweats alot but temprature even rises then yesterday i changed doctor and he prescribed me doxy-1 l-dr forte , meftal forte but same things happening again i can't even sleep whole night due to temperature my body sweats alot but temprature don't go down even now its 100 please help me

You have to get your blood test done to know about the infection..along with RTPCR if required.. consult for further advice .
