  4. Fever in kid. Is weighted around 10kg.

Hi My son is 15 months old and having fever( active and playing ) since morning . Temperature is fluctuating around 94 to 98 from morning kindly advise medication , if any. He is weighted around 10kg.

Hii ..you are not taking temperature properly. Also take care of the hydration which can be also the cause of temperature fluctuations.
