Fever in baby
My son is 1 yr old. He having fever since yesterday. Gave mefgun-p . But fever reappear after few hours. Now fever is around 102.4 f. What to do? No pediatrician available nearby.

You can give syrup paracetamol in proper dose according to weight, and repeat after 4 hr if needed, give plenty of fluid orally or brest feeding,
Tepid sponging if temperature more than 100,
Wait for 2 days, surely fever subside, consult pediatrician if fever persist for more than 2 days

Don’t worry, first thing you can do tepid sponging if whole body, sometimes it takes 10 minutes to bring down the temperature. Mean while you can give him paracetamol in a proper dose every 4 hourly if temperature is more than 100. It’s just a viral infection should settle down in a few days. Also give plenty of fluids to drink.
