Fever in 19months baby
Hello doctor my 19 months baby is having fever she also vomited mucus ..started paracetamol 250 MG 3 ml thrice fever did not come down  started advent 228 MG 5 ml gave still 24 hours not over can we give paracetamol again ..what food can i give she hasent eaten in since last night . just took a consult from family doctor in the night should I continue the same medicine for 5 day or should I take her to clinic please kindly help

Greetings it takes atleast 2 days to settle down kindly continue same medicine Hydrate the child well Give soft bland diet
