Fever high temperature

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hello doc my son 4yrs old suddenly catch up with fever with temp 102 given p250 oral suspension as suggested by doc.. When should be the next dose given every 4hours Or 6 hours?? Pls help Pls suggest any remedies to reduce the temperature as well 🙏

Hello ! Give p250 evry 6 hrs if fever cums before 6 hrs u can give evry 4 th hrly also. Maintain hydration give oral water in between
