It is difficult to come with a diagnosis with your symptoms alone, I would advise you to visit the nearest ER since you have a rash, so as to get the proper evaluation and undergo the necessary investigations. You currently require antipyretics to control the fever and headache, drink plenty of fluids as well. Visit the nearest ER at the earliest.
