Fever headache bodyache
Hi everyone , i need your help for myself , I developed high grade fever 102 on off , no chills , severe headache , bodyache ,There was history of severe running nose which is still on , 2 days prior to fever onset I had also consumed alcohol when the fever started, since last 5-6 days I went for NS1 ,Rt PCR on day 3 which came out negative with platelets normal then on 5th day I went for PS for mp , typhidot , rapid malaria antigen test , that also came out negative with platelets nrml , I have been taking pcm 650mg TDs , cefixime 200mg bd , zincovit , sinarest (off on ) folic acid (off on ) , but my fever today 6th day , but no relief in headache , please help what investigations I must go for next , or is it just viral will subside

Dear friend, You seem to have a viral fever. It will subside on its own in a few days. Untill then you can take Tab.paracetamol four times daily for your headache and fever.Having hot soup and steam inhalation will help with cold.Hope this helps. regards
