Last 3 to 4 day she suffering Fever, headache Body & Joints pain.. please suggest what we need to do.. she taken medicine paracetamol 500 mg, still no changes.. please advise... Thank you

Get CBC done and consult with report. Meanwhile increase dose of PCM to 650mg 3 times a day for 2 days.

You might be suffering from viral infection as per the features mentioned.If fever is still persisting, give paracetamol 650 tds.
