Fever, Headache and acidity

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I am having high fever and severe headache. It have acidity too. 4 hrs back i was experiencing chills too so I took 1 cinarest. Post that the chill is gone but fever is still there and extreme headache and uncomfort. I feel the problem may be due to acidity. Kindly suggest.
