Fever from yesterday

Asked for Male, 38 Years

I have fever from yesterday, taking dolo, No other symptoms, Taking my routine medicine of Mesacol od for ulcerative colitis. Taking steam from last one week, Fever going up and down upper 100.30 lower 97.4 in last 30 hours Please suggest me

First thing to do is a Covid RTPCR.. then we can proceed along other lines of evaluation.. Isolate yourself.. Take adequate fluids.. Take Dolo 650 sos.. Moniter temperature and spo2 Get proper consultation
