Fever from yesterday
I have been suffering from fever from yesterday morning, taking medicine crocin and numuslide.
After taking the medicine fever finished but after 6-7 hrs it's start rising, there is no joint pain and vomiting

Plenty water
Tab PCM or Crocin 650 1tab sos if temp rises
No need of nimosulide
Inform me if there is cough, burning micturition, bodyache, joint pain.
May need some investigation if symptoms persist for 3days
