My nephew has 100 degree fever from last night and his age is 2yrs old... I gave respidex in 5ml quantity... in night and today morning...

Most likely to be viral fever,just give paracetamol every4 hours if needed. If not improving in2 days,OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing,consult your paediatrician. Viral fevers usually last up-to3-7 days. Just ensure a healthy diet and extra fluid intake.
