Fever from last 9 days

Asked for Male, 4 Years

My son (Aged about 3 Year 5 Months) is suffering from Fever from last 9 days, in day time looks like normal from last 3 days but after 6 pm my son getting 101 around temperature. please suggest me first 4 days we have used the medicine COLPAL-250MG and then used antibiotic Ofloxacin kindly suggest me

You haven't mentioned On what basis was the antibiotic decided? Since the fever isn't subsiding even after so many days, that in itself warrants a blood and urine investigation to find out the cause for fever
