Fever from last 4hours
Having fever from last four hour. My temperature is 101.5 i dont have cold and cough and as per arogya setu der is no covid patient near my 5km radius. I didn't go outside as well. Please suggest ne any medicine with antibiotic.

Isolate yourself,U can take paracetamol 650mg once in 6th hourly if your temperature touches 100degree.. if your symptoms continues after 2nd day kindly consult online for further investigation and treatment.. meanwhile take plenty of fluids, steam Inhalation and Salt water gargling
