  4. Fever from 5 days. Can i do to help her.

Fever from 5 days
My daughter had high fever (103) from 9th Oct and we gave her P250 for 3 days and it came to normal. She have cold and dry cough. Since yesterday evening fever came back with 101 temp. Please suggest what can I do to help her.
