Fever for last two days
My son has fever for last two days .around 100 .. with mild throat pain .. weight 18.5. Have given Crocin 250 8ml, & have hot azithral xl 200 at home could u please let me know the correct dose of the same. Should I give alerid as he is also watery eyes

Greetings, usually most of the throat infection is viral there is no role of antibiotics so kindly book a consultation so that we can discuss further management plan
