Fever for five days
My daughter is having fever since last Wednesday.. Took blood and urine test yesterday.. Reports came normal...typhoid and dengue .but temperature is 100.5 now.. With p250 it goes down and temperature rises in 6 hours . What to do now . Antibiotic she is not taking properly..she spits most of it...

Good morning!
Typhoid report may not be positive in first week .
If fever remain persist other blood investigation like blood culture as well as urine routine micro, liver function etc.is advisable
Child may require intravenous antibiotics after reports if she spits out totally
Next Steps
consult doctor for further steps
observe for feeding , activity of child in between
