Asked for Male, 70 Years

My father aged about 70 having fever and admited into hospital and discharged after two days , after return from hospital fever continues we took blood test it shows platelet count 98000 ,pcv 29 mcv 74 mch 25 mchc 34 and malaria parasite negative salmonella typhi o 1:160 typhi h 1:80 paratyphi ah 1:20 and paratyphi bh 1:20 mF negative scrub type negative Now doctor prescribed calpol 500mg for 3 times a day and taxim o two times a day but fever continues what to do please advise me
