My son is around 4 months old has fever due to vaccination injection.can we give him ibugesic plus

Hi, my suggestion would be to give paracetamol drops 1ml three times per day for two days. It will prevent fever to occur and pain would be lessened. Moreover i would suggest not to give ibugesic as it can cause gastritis for such a small infant.

Look for any swelling, redness at the site of injection.

Apply icepack over the injection site. It significantly relieves pain.
