Fever eyesight problem weakness dizzines

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have fever for more than a month and it start in the evening only above my face my cheeks get warm and I feel dizziness and sometimes even vomiting my eyesights are also getting weak and I am having problems to watch tv and mobile I have done all the test prescribe by the doctor like tb sugar dengue malaria urine even endoscopy but the result is normal what shall I do??
