  4. Fever cough sneeze. Is 7months old now.

My baby body temperature is high. During night i don't know what to do he coughed and sneezed also. It was like fever so i gave 10 drops of paracetamol drops without consulting. Is that okay or do i need prefer doctor. He is 7months old now.
