Fever, cough and back pain
Since yesterday morning, I've been having fever but the back ache was pretty bad... I had paracetamol in the evening, back ache has subsided but fever is still there along with cough and diarrhoea. Is there any other medicine I should take??

Hi,
It seems like a viral fever. As we are seeing lots of cases of viral fever now a days with similar symptoms.
If fever persists you need to get investigated for it.. complete blood count, Dengue NS1 antigen.
You should only take paracetamol in case of fever. Drink plenty of fluids.
